Is there a dress code?

Welcome Party: Cocktail Attire Men - Jackets | Ladies - Dresses Wedding: Formal Attire Please dress to impress in your best formal attire! Keep in mind it will be late Fall with afternoon temps in the mid 60's, and evening temps dipping into the low 50's. The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outside! “A formal wedding dress code is slightly less formal than a black-tie event, and in general it tends to have fewer specifications, Women can get away with a nicer cocktail dress and, for men, tuxedos are not required." “If you're stuck on what formal wedding attire looks like, you can never be too overdressed. When in doubt, a dark, well-tailored suit or a simple long dress are safe choices.” Saturday Rooftop Brunch: Casual Feel free to wear your cowboy / cowgirl boots!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

YES! We will have luxury coach buses picking up guests from The Noelle @ 2:45pm. If you are staying at another hotel or a nearby Airbnb; please be sure to get to The Noelle by 2:30pm so the buses can depart on time. Buses will bring guests back to The Noelle at the end of the night. Note: there will be one bus that departs early and one that departs late depending on when you'd like to head back! Exact times are TBD. If you plan to drive or Uber/Lyft to Saddle Woods Farm; keep in mind it's a ~45min drive from downtown Nashville. Guests need to arrive no later than 3:30pm. There is plenty of parking available at the venue!

Will Any of the Activities Take Place Outside?

Thurs Nov 3rd: Welcome Party will be Indoors. Fri Nov 4th: Ceremony & Cocktail Hour will be Outdoors (weather permitting). Reception will be Indoors. Sat Nov 5th: Rooftop Party Brunch will be held in a fun Indoor/Outdoor hybrid area. Outdoor area with fireplaces and scenic views...Covered bar with TVs for football.

Our wedding weekend will be adults-only. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!
