When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better. :) Please RSVP by December 6th.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive between 4:00-4:15pm so you can enjoy a glass of champagne while finding your seat. The Ceremony begins at 4:30pm sharp. Please don't be late.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invite says "and guest", you can bring a date. If not, please only bring yourself.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.

What days should we stay on the island?

Answer

Stay as long as you would like! Conner and Allison will be arriving Thursday, February 1st and heading off on their honeymoon Tuesday, February 6th. The Stevens family will be arriving Thursday, February 1st and departing Saturday, February 10th. The McNally family will be arriving Friday, February 2nd and departing Sunday, February 11th.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at Sugar Beach. Please be responsible and don't drink and drive.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate any allergies or restrictions in the RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate. Dinner will be served buffet style so you can pick and choose.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, guests are responsible for coordinating their own transportation to and from the ceremony/reception. Ubers/Lyfts/taxis are available on the island, however, please plan accordingly as wait times my be longer than usual. There is plenty of parking at Sugar Beach but please do not drink and drive.

Answer

Welcome Beach Day at Makena State Beach (Big Beach) is a totally casual beach day! Wear your swimsuit and bring your beach day essentials - sunscreen, snacks, drinks, towels, etc. Enjoy a day at the beach with all of our favorite people!
