FAQs

The Wedding Website of Bailey Brown and Steve Yensta
We’re so happy you’ll be joining us in Thailand! We’ve put together this page to help answer some common questions and make planning your trip a little easier. If you have any extra questions along the way, Bailey is always happy to help — just reach out anytime!
Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 4:00 PM at El Rancho in Chiang Mai, Thailand. If you search “El Rancho Chiang Mai” on Google Maps, you’ll find it easily — or you can find it here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/EZnbiyH8Pr7eDbFp8

Question

Do I need a visa to travel to Thailand?

Answer

Most of our guests will not need a visa to visit Thailand. Travelers from the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, and most European countries can enter visa-free for up to 30 days if arriving by air. If you’d like to stay longer than 30 days, you can apply for a Tourist Visa before traveling, which usually allows a stay of up to 60 days. Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry. You may also be asked to show proof of onward travel (such as a return flight). For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend checking your local Thai consulate or embassy website before your trip. Before arriving, you’ll also need to fill out an online arrival card within 72 hours of your arrival: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30, so you’ll have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony begins.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in their summer best. Please keep in mind that May is the rainy season, and since the ceremony will be outdoors, we recommend packing accordingly and wearing comfortable shoes.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one or children?

Answer

We love your families and friends! If someone would like to join you in Thailand, please bring them along. Just let us know who and how many by the RSVP date.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Several options are listed on the Travel page. Agoda, Booking.com, and Airbnb are also great sites to find places to stay.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes — we’ll have shuttles running between a select location and the venue. We’ll share more details as the wedding gets closer. If you’re driving, there will be on-site parking available. For those staying nearby, Grab (Thailand’s ride-share app) is also a convenient option.

Question

Will the ceremony be livestreamed?

Answer

Yes! For loved ones who cannot attend in person, we’ll be streaming the ceremony. A link will be shared closer to the date.

Question

Who should I contact with questions?

Answer

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Bailey on WhatsApp at +66 098 424 4009. On the wedding day, please contact our day-of coordinator instead — those details will be shared closer to the date.

Question

What if we can't come to Thailand?

Answer

Don't worry! If you can not join us in Thailand, we will be traveling to the USA and England the following month.

Question

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP. Our caterer will happily accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free requests.
