Megan and John met in a class they had together at Cal Poly. The next quarter, the accidentally ended up in another class together that John was taking and Megan was TA-ing!
Over the years, Megan and John have enjoyed spending time together outside! Sometimes while also doing research.
In June 2019, Megan and John added another member to their pack. Little Roo was adopted from Bend, OR!
Megan and John look forward to the Stepanek Family Camping Trip every summer - but Roo dreads it a little bit. This was in the Desolation Wilderness in 2022.
Megan and John love exploring the amazing outdoors wherever they live and scooping up Roo for a family photo. This was at Smith Rock in OR!
In June 2023, Megan and John graduated from grad school together. Look at those fancy hats!
