We have everyone RSVP virtually, so we ask that you let us know through the website.
We want to have everyone's RSVP by September 1st.
The parking is on the street next to the venue. If you have trouble walking down the long driveway, there is an ATV that can pick you up.
Outdoors for the ceremony and the reception dance floor will be covered and will have outdoor access.
It will be semi-formal. We don't need you wearing a full suit unless that is what you prefer, but a blazer and a nice dress/ pants suit would work. The theme is very floral, so anything colorful or that has floral patterns would work. Young ladies can wear a blue if they would like to look like Alice herself.
If your invite mentions the ability to have a plus one then yes, but if it just mentions your name, it only includes you.
Your invite should include all your children on the invite and should pop up when you go to rsvp. If there is an error or there is a wrong amount shown on the rsvp page, please let us know.
There will be no "bar" per say, but more of a come help yourself to the drink options.
If you are planning on sending a gift, first thank you, and second, it can either go to Stefan's parent's house or Haley's parents house. If you need one of the addresses, feel free to contact us:)
Please show up at least 20 minutes before the ceremony to ensure that everyone is sitting before the event starts. The earlier the better, but not too early lol.
10:30pm will be the end of the reception, but we will then close the event space's large opening to quiet the sound outside and plan on doing a psychedelic music experience.
There will be a cocktail hour in between to let everyone mingle with one another and for them to grab a drink. There will also be games and activities that will be best while there is daylight to play.
Of course:) please hold off during the ceremony though as we have a highly skilled photographer that would like to have everyone's beautiful smiling face seen in the photos.
As of right now, we do not plan on streaming the ceremony as it will be with just family and we want it to feel intimate. If that changes, we will let everyone know:)

Codul vestimentar este semi-formal. Nu este nevoie să purtați un costum complet, dacă nu doriți, dar un sacou și o rochie/frac frumos ar fi potrivite. Tema este foarte florală, așa că orice este colorat sau are modele florale ar fi potrivit. Doamnele tinere pot purta albastru dacă vor să semene cu Alice însăși.
Dacă invitația vă menționează posibilitatea de a veni cu o persoană în plus, atunci da, dar dacă menționează doar numele dvs., aceasta vă include doar pe dumneavoastră.
Invitația ar trebui să includă toți copiii dvs. și să apară când confirmați prezența. Dacă există o eroare sau numărul afișat pe pagina de confirmare este greșit, vă rugăm să ne anunțați.
Nu va fi un "bar" propriu-zis, ci mai degrabă o zonă unde vă puteți servi singuri băuturile.
Dacă doriți să trimiteți un cadou, în primul rând, vă mulțumim, iar în al doilea rând, acesta poate fi trimis la casa părinților lui Stefan sau a părinților lui Haley. Dacă aveți nevoie de una dintre adrese, nu ezitați să ne contactați 🙂
Vă rugăm să veniți cu cel puțin 20 de minute înainte de ceremonie pentru a ne asigura că toată lumea este așezată înainte de începerea evenimentului. Cu cât mai devreme, cu atât mai bine
