We have reserved a hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express at Blowing Rock South. It is minutes away from downtown Blowing Rock and the venue.

There are also other hotels, rental houses, and air bnbs in Blowing Rock and Boone. Boone is a college town 15 minutes away.
Hickory may come up as a close place nearby to stay. Please understand that it is NOT on the mountain but the foothills below, and you will have a half hour drive up the mountain to get to Blowing Rock. We find it is easier to stay when we only go up the mountain once!
Both Charlotte Douglas International airport in Charlotte, and Piedmont Triad International airport in Greensboro, are the closest airports to fly into. Either one will have a 2 hour highway drive. Charlotte is a very big, busy airport. Greensboro is a much smaller, quieter airport and is easier to get in and out of. It may be easier to fly into and reserve a car.
