Is there a rain plan?
Answer
YES! The forecast for Saturday is 90% chance of rain. The ceremony and reception will both be at the American Legion on Wallingford. You can still park at the park and walk through and up the stone stairs, or park closer to the American Legion if you wish.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Blowing Rock is a tourist town, and things get busier on the weekends. There is no reserved parking for the wedding. Please be sure to arrive with ample time to find parking and walk to the ceremony site if need be. Depending on mobility, if you need to park elsewhere in town other than next to the ceremony or reception sites, you may need to plan for 5-10 minutes of walking. Please see the parking FAQ for more info.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The park where the ceremony is held and the American Legion building where the reception is are right next to each other, accessed by either a sidewalk around the block, or a rough stone staircase. You may choose to park in either the parking lot of the Broyhill Park, or the parking deck next to the American Legion and leave your car there for the duration of the night. You may also find parking spots on the streets nearby, and there is another parking deck on the other end of main street, near the Blowing Rock Art and History Museum. There is NO reserved parking.

Unfortunately due to space concerns, our wedding is child-free. If you have a question, please reach out to Stacy or Jesse before May.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Please see the accommodations tab on the website for more info! There are many places to stay in the town of Blowing Rock, and the nearby town of Boone. Hickory and Lenior come up as close places to stay, but they are not on the mountain, and as such you would need to drive up and down the mountain multiple times over the weekend, rather than just once.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
We are registered through Zola, on our wedding website. There are physical gifts that will either be shipped to us or you can give the cash equivalent for it and we will purchase it ourselves, and options if you would like to give towards our honeymoon or home improvement funds. Of course, your presence is the greatest gift we could receive!

What are the shoes Stacy is wearing?
Answer
