We Eloped!

Darian & Sofia exchanged vows in an intimate reception in the company of their parents on May the 4th, 2022. Thank you for your support throughout our lives. Our story begins in a restaurant called Carolina Ale House... I was actually Darian's bartender and when he asked for a Guinness, a beer we both like, the conversation started. Towards the end of the lunch, Darian had written his Instagram name on the receipt. Before he even got home (he lives 5 minutes away) I had already requested to follow him LOL. Although, it wasn't until New Year's Eve that we began to talk!

Our first date was January 2nd, 2020. We met up at car meet in Pembroke Pines and then we went out to eat at Miller Ale House. Just before we met up, Darian had asked me how old I was for the first time… Needless to say, I kept it from him for a little while as I thought that he would’ve stopped talking to me.

Darian and I got our keys to our first apartment on August 21st, 2020. We started off with our mattress on the floor and our dressers. From here we began to build our life together and adjusting to our 700 sqft apartment.

Darian proposed November 18th, 2021! We were on a trip with his family in Hawaii. A part of me felt like it was going to happen, but it still caught me off guard!
