Nathan's Alma Mater! The Citadel has a rich military history and a beautiful campus. It is also the place of our ceremony. If you are in Charleston on Friday afternoon, you may want to check out the Citadel Parade. It typically begins at 3:45, however, each weekend varies. You can check the time by looking up "The Citadel Friday Parade" and should be able to find it. It does recommend getting there early to find parking.
One of our favorite things in Charleston is shopping and sight seeing on King Street! We hope you enjoy it too.
One of my favorite places in Charleston! Charleston City Market is an indoor/outdoor historic shopping that spans 4 city blocks. Here, you can find unique art pieces made and sold by locals.
This was one of my favorite monuments Nathan showed me on my first trip to Charleston. It is a must see! It is also by the water and there is a great pier with swings and a lovely view close by too!

Another beautiful beach spot. Here, you can find Fort Moultrie and Fort Sumter.
Nathan took me here to show me a historical fort. The best part?! We saw dolphins swimming in the bay! Nathan's recommends Poe's Tavern, which is an Edgar Allen themed tavern.
Nathan's recommendation for a place to eat at Sullivan's island! It is an Edgar Allen Poe themed tavern!
Can't pass up an opportunity to go shopping!
One of our favorite coffee shops ever! This coffee shop is known for its special coffee flavors. Nathan's favorite is the Peanut Butter Cold Brew and Elizabeth's favorite is the Raspberry White Mocha. The pastries are also delicious!
A North Charleston favorite! They have amazing sushi rolls and make-your-own hibachi bowls.
