We have opted to have an adult only wedding and are unable to accommodate additional guests not included on your invitation. We hope this will serve as a fun night out for all parents invited!
Formal Dress Code - We request guests avoid wearing white or green attire :)
The venue doors will open at 3:30PM for guest arrival - ceremony to begin promptly at 4PM. Please Note! The entrance to the event venue is along the side of the building. The door will be labeled "Strongwater Events". Please do not enter through the restaurant doors at the front of the building (unless you're popping in for a drink/bite beforehand!).
The venue offers a small gravel lot right across the alley! This lot is shared with the restaurant - so in the event that the lot is full, The River and Rich Parking Garage is also a short walk away off of Mc Dowell Street.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors in the same location. There will be a separate indoor area for cocktail hour after the ceremony while the space is prepared for the reception. Additionally, the venue does provide an outdoor courtyard and designated areas available for those who would like to smoke.
We've opted to have an unplugged ceremony - we've hired a fabulous photographer to capture the entire day so our guests can be fully present in the moment with us. However - photographs are welcomed (and highly encouraged!!) during the reception - please feel free to use the hashtag "LudwigatLast" so we can easily find any photos posted to social media!
