In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we found each other on the dating app Hinge. We matched and started talking, and soon after went on our first date. We met for a tennis match at Northeastern High School, which we both attended, and maintained proper social distance. After Kyle got tired of chasing after the balls Sam continuously hit over the fence, they decided to go bowling. The conversations flowed easily and a spark was quickly kindling. Afterward, they went to sit and talk at Grouper's after Sam wrongly identified the originally intended restaurant. They continued to talk and get to know each other, the little spark quickly igniting into a burning flame. Following their first date, Sam texted everyone they knew and told them they had met "The One" becasue they knew in their heart that they were meant to be together, and they haven't let go since.

Love, like all things of this earth, grows gradually, strengthening leaf by leaf and breath by breath with each new day.
