Fully vaccinated U.S. travelers must present their CDC-issued vaccination card/certificate (please also download the digital vaccine card just in case) upon arrival in Finland, after which there will be no mandatory COVID-19 testing or quarantine. Please follow U.S. Embassy in Finland website (scroll down for travel TO Finland) for updated information: https://fi.usembassy.gov/covid-19-information/ Current status (11/30/21): Vaccinated travelers from the US are now permitted to enter Finland. To qualify as a vaccinated traveler, you must have received the last dose of a valid COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to arrival. A list of vaccines accepted in Finland is provided by the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare website (Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca etc.). Non-vaccinated travelers from the US are permitted to enter Finland for essential reasons only. Please direct any questions to the Finnish Border Guard and/or the Embassy of Finland in the United States.

Yes! Complimentary shuttles will be provided from the Helsinki hotels to the venue on Saturday 7/16, time TBD. We will also provide two shuttles (early morning and afternoon) back from the venue to Helsinki on Sunday 7/17, time TBD.

Absolutely! There are trains departing from The Helsinki Central railway station to Hämeenlinna railway station and the trip is approximately 1 hr. The venue is 10 min Uber/taxi away from the Hämeenlinna railway station. If you don't want to take the complimentary shuttle bus, you can also take an Uber or taxi from Helsinki to Vanajanlinna (1 hr 15 min).
Complimentary shuttles from the hotels to the venue will be provided, but if you are planning on renting a car, there's plenty of parking at the venue.
