One of the best ways you can support us at our wedding is by supporting and appreciating our identities fully. This involves calling Danny "Danny" and using he/him pronouns for him exclusively, and calling Simon "Simon" and using he/they pronouns for him exclusively. This policy applies to all guests. Multiple infractions towards any person at our wedding will result in you being asked to leave.
Every space that the vast majority of wedding attendees will have access to is accessible. There are ground level entrances from one of the parking lots, and the ceremony space is also ground level.
More than jeans, less than tails. Your presence is what's important.
Yes! Even if you've never been to a Jewish wedding before (neither of us have!) we promise it will be accessible. We have a paper guide to lead you through the ceremony, and anything said in Hebrew will be translated into English. The only Hebrew you need to know is "Mazel Tov!" ("Congratulations!")
We are! We are going to be Daniel and Simon Blechman - a nod to Simon's great great grandparents and Jewish heritage. We're excited to be building our future from the ground up, and this is a part of that.
