Question

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

We ask that our guests please stay home if you are feeling sick and we also recommend obtaining a negative COVID test at least 3 days prior to the event.

Are masks and/or proof of vaccination required to attend?

Answer

While we do ask our guests to be respectful and safe, neither masks or proof of vaccination are required by the venue at this time.

Is the ceremony at a separate location from the venue?

Answer

No, all events will take place at the venue.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will take place indoors.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an unplugged event so that everyone can be present and enjoy this special time with us. Please make sure phones are off or silent. We promise to share photos and videos after the wedding!

Will there be hotel rooms blocked for wedding guests?

Answer

Unfortunately we could not hold any rooms for the evening, so please book as soon as possible from our hotel recommendations or your own hotel preference.

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot provide any transportation for guests so please be safe and plan accordingly. There are many taxi services in the area to choose from!

Do we have to pay for parking?

Answer

Parking at the the venue is free and plentiful!

Can I bring an extra guest/kids?

Answer

No, absolutely no uninvited guests or children (unless personally invited). In addition, please be sure to address on your RSVP all invited guests from the household that will be attending. If you do not RSVP by April 5th, we will assume you will not be attending.

What should I do if I already sent an RSVP and can’t make it?

Answer

We’ll miss you! If you can’t make it please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
