Q & A

You got questions? We got answers! Below we've listed everything we can think of that you will need to know for the weekend but if we missed something please shoot us a message and we can add it to the FAQ.
Question

what should i do if i cant make it

Answer

you will be dearly missed but we completely understand! If you cannot make it to the wedding Please let us know as soon as possible and rsvp (NO), so that we can plan accordingly.

Question

Parking

Answer

There is a small parking lot to the left when you pull into the campground. There will be a sign for your convenience.

Question

Can I bring a guest , a +1 was not noted in my invitation?

Answer

We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come and celebrate with us. if you received a plus one with your invitation, it will appear under your name when you rsvp as well as on the physical invite itself. Due to the nature of our wedding as well as limited Space at the venue we could only accommodate those guests formally invited .

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, a relaxing day and weekend we have chosen for our wedding to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means that you are still able to share our big day with us and have a fun evening or weekend off. We may make special exception for babies that are still breastfeeding or too young to be away from parents for a weekend. If this is the case for you then please send either mark or Toni a message.

Question

What are the rules of the campground?

Answer

Yes. Please clean up after yourselves. They do a deep clean before we show up and after we depart but we must try and keep things tidy whilst we are there. This includes cleaning the dishes and taking out the trash to the dumpster. If you use any of the amenities, items needed for a game or the pool please make sure to put it back once you are done with it so it does not get lost.

Question

Food

Answer

We will be providing all food for day of wedding, but outside of that it'll be up to you. You will need to provide your own food for the remainder of the weekend There are kitchens in each bunkhouse stocked with all the cooking essentials you need like pots, pans, dishes, utensils as well as grills outside. We provided a winery and a neat little hole in the wall restaurant in the "things to do" section but there is plenty around if you were looking to eat out.

Question

What do we need to bring if we decide to stay in the bunkhouse for the weekend?

Answer

If you are planning on staying in the bunkhouse then you will need your own towels, sheets, blanket and pillow. The camp provides toilet paper but not paper towels. Also you will need your own shower supplies as the bathrooms have showers but are not equipped with shower essentials.

Question

What do we need to bring if we are Tent Camping?

Answer

Everything you would normally bring to go tent camping. we have the space you just pick a spot and set up your tent. Also bring along your toiletries. The bathrooms have showers but are not equipped with shower essentials. The bathrooms do have toilet paper.
