What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

About 15-20 minutes early should be enough time to get settled in to your seats.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. Also, be mindful of the time of year, so you aren’t too cold or too hot for the occasion. The bridal party will be wearing dark emerald green, champagne gold, and black. Feel free to wear complimentary colors.

Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

The actual ceremony will be on the rooftop, if weather permits. The reception will be held indoors, but guests will have free reign of the roof top and cigar deck outside. We will have a few blankets to help, if it gets too chilly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking spaces for everyone. If you are staying at a hotel, feel free to carpool or have an Uber take you to the loft. Unfortunately, the hotel we are staying at does not provide shuttle service.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Other than those in our bridal party/siblings' children, we hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

What kind of food will be served at cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will have an array of cheeses, crackers, fruits, etc..charcuterie style for the cocktail hour.

How should I let you know about my dietary restrictions/allergies?

Feel free to reach out to either Heidi or Sheila personally, so we can relay it to food vendor asap.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! We will provide beer, wine and signature cocktails, for those 21+! Since Sheila is a career bartender, she is passionate about making sure the bartenders are taken care of, so please free to bring some cash for tips!🥰

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

We sure have, and under the Cunningham-Bixler Wedding, to get the hotel block rate. The hotel is the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Chambersburg, PA. It is a 5 minute drive to the venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We have an AMAZING photographer, Philip, who will be taking beautiful photos of the ceremony! So, we ask that you DO NOT take photos of the ceremony! Don't be that guy! We want to be able to see your beautiful faces looking right back at us! Now, the reception?! That is all you, friends!😂🥰
