Where should I stay for the weekend?

Answer

We have reserved the entire property at The Cottages of Wolfeboro. Visit the Travel page for info! By joining us at The Cottages you will be able to join us for pre and post wedding festivities, we will provide you with transportation to the venue, and you will have access to some great amenities! Not to mention, your stay here offers a significant discount off of your typical fall holiday weekend in NH where several accommodations have 3 night to one week minimum stays.

When do you need our RSVP?

Answer

The sooner you can RSVP, the better! We ask that all RSVPs are sent by August 25, 2023. RSVP cards can be mailed back OR you can RSVP through this website! We look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you follow a dressy-casual dress code! Ladies - dresses, pant suits, etc. Gents - Khakis, dress pants, suits, button ups, etc. Please plan your footwear accordingly and keep in mind that the day will be spent on the lawn and in a true 19th-century barn where terrains may be uneven. Out of respect for the brides, we ask that you please refrain from wearing white!

Where are the ceremony and reception being held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are being held at The Barn at Moody Mountain, located at 100 Pork Hill Rd in Wolfeboro, NH

Is there transportation to and from accommodations to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle departing from and returning to The Cottages of Wolfeboro. Please note that parking at The Cottages of Wolfeboro is for overnight guests only.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample free parking in the field directly in front of the barn! We will also offer free transportation for those staying with us at The Cottages of Wolfeboro. Should you need to leave your vehicle at the barn overnight, they MUST be picked up by 9am on Sunday.

Is the barn handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! Please pull into the driveway (rather than into the parking area) to drop guest at the front of the barn and avoid walking across the field.

We are traveling from out of town, what airport is best to travel into?

Answer

The nearest airport is Portsmouth Airport (PSW), located 45 minutes away. They have limited flight availability serving the East Coast through allegiant air. The nearest regional airport is located just over an hour away and is the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT). The nearest international airport is located just under 2 hours away and is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is enough of a gift, but if you would like to gift us something we would love contributions towards our first home. We really appreciate gifts of any form and have registered at Amazon as well. https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/shannon-tracey

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Though we love kids, we have limited space and are not able to accommodate children not listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and taking the time to make arrangements prior to our big day, so you are able to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invited guests will be listed on your formal invitation. Though we would love to invite everyone we know, it unfortunately is not possible and so we would like to keep this day to our closest friends and family!
