Room Deposit

Answer

Upon reserving room your card will only be charged $1. The total amount for stay will be charged to the card on file 30 days prior to arrival. ** When booking make sure to select the option that includes the room + free transfer (This will include free transportation to and from the resort) **If you book your room before you know your flight information you need to email trafico@seasonstours.com after you book your flights. They will email you back asking for flight info. This is needed to book your transportation to and from resort.

Cancellation Policy

Answer

Reservations that are cancelled 24 hours or more prior to arrival will have no cancellation fee due. Cancellations within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay.

Is the resort/wedding kid friendly?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Excellence Riviera is an adult only resort allowing people ages 18 and over.

Can I book with another resort?

Answer

Yes! However, the resort will charge a fee of $100 per person for an event pass for those not staying at the resort for the wedding and reception. Please note, it is required that 90% of wedding guests stay at resort.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a max guest count of 120 people. We ask that only those who are formally invited attend. Feel free to room with other invited guests. We understand this is not ideal and if this changes your choice in coming we completely understand.

Do I need a Passport?

Answer

Yes! Please get your passport as soon as possible since there have been processing delays due to Covid.

Room Options

Answer

All rooms provide one bed (2 people max) A few select rooms offer one bed as well as a cot (3 people max) There are multiple room options as far as location and amenities. Please see website for those options.

Do I need a Covid Vaccine?

Answer

No. As of now no vaccination or negative Covid test are required to enter into Mexico. The resort will provide free Covid tests that will need to be taken 72 hours or less before your departing flight. Please see updated Covid info on resort website.

When do I need to book my room by?

Answer

We suggest booking as soon as possible so rooms don’t sell out. Last date to use booking code is March 12, 2022. We ask that you RSVP on our website as soon as possible to give us a better head count.
