What Should I Bring?

Answer

The wedding location, Full Moon Resort, is nestled in the rustic Catskill Mountains. Full Moon has hiking trails nearby and three large fields on the grounds. If you're interested in taking advantage of these options, please feel free to bring your own gear with you. ( hiking boots, sneakers, Frisbee, sports gear, bocce ball set, can jam, horse balls, corn hole, etc.). There is a 6 hole frisbee golf course onsite! The evenings can be chilly, so bring a warm jacket or sweater. Bathrobe/slippers (some guest rooms have shared/hall baths) Toiletries/medicine; the Front Desk has emergency and basic medical equipment (bandaids, tylenol, etc) but the nearest pharmacy is approximately 20 minutes from Full Moon. Bring a hair-dryer if you need one. Bug spray Flashlight or headlamp (It gets dark in the country) Umbrella or raincoat (just in case)

What does Full Moon provide for their guests

Full moon is a rustic lodging facility, not a hotel, but it's quaint, clean, and provides: -Bath towels -Bed linens -Shampoo and soap -Complimentary teas and coffee in the Valley View House (Main Inn) from the time breakfast is served until the last meal of the day is served. -Wireless Internet throughout most of the site -Free long-distance phone service from the Valley View House. Please note: cell phones do not work at Full Moon. Housekeeping services are not provided during the course of the stay. Extra towels may be obtained from the Front Desk as needed.

Will There be Cell Phone Reception?

Answer

ATTENTION real estate brokers and other guest that cannot live with out their cell phones. There is NO cell phone reception at Full Moon Resort. Complimentary phone service for all calls within the U.S. is available at all times at the Inn. There is complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the facility. Download directions prior to coming, as you will loose service approximately 10-15 minutes before reaching the resort.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

To give all our guest the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears we politely request no children between the ages of 3-17 at the ceremony and reception. They are more than welcome to join for the other weekend events. Please feel free to contact us about recommended babysitters in the area.

Can I Bring My Own Alcohol?

Answer

Personal-stock alcoholic beverages are allowed in the rooms but not allowed in public areas due to State Liquor Laws... Basically just be discreet about it.
