Where to stay in Silverton?

Answer

There are a few options in town, Silverton is a small town so please book as soon as possible. -If you need a hotel: The Wyman, The Avon, Triangle, Prospector, Silverton Lodge, Kendall Mountain Lodge, Frenchman Suites, etc. -If you choose to camp: our venue allows any type of camping on site! No plug ins. Also many campgrounds in and around town! -Airbnb/VRBO minimal options, group bookings are best. -Durango has more options as well, about an hour away from Silverton. -Ouray is another option, about 40 minutes away.

Flying into Durango?

Answer

Durango is about an hour drive away from Silverton! It will have all of your options for rental car services and additional lodging if you choose a less expensive route. They have many options for campers as well. Take the train to and from Silverton for a cute additional experience!

What to wear to the wedding?

Answer

Formal dress wear and colors! We want happy and lively colors on the theme of Colorado wild flowers! However you would like to interpret that look, we trust you! Please avoid wearing black and brown. IT WILL BE VERY COLD AT NIGHT!

Transportation to and from the wedding

Answer

Silverton is so small, the furthest hotel/motel/lodge is a mile away from the venue! So if you’re feeling adventurous, feel free to walk to and from! If you’re driving, there is an abundance of parking at the venue and street parking near the venue. Be aware that Silverton is so small, you may not be able to find an uber/lyft/cab at night without early reservations.
