If you are calling to make your reservation be sure to let them know you are with the Pearce wedding to ensure you receive the guest rate. Be sure you are also double checking the date of your stay to ensure you book the proper night. The room block will close on September 7th. Shuttle

Cruise-A-Palooza

October 8, 2022 3:00 pm - 12:00 am

We will have a 27 passenger shuttle available for guest to use. The shuttle will be available before the ceremony, during cocktail hour, and at the end of the night to provide safe travels. To ensure we have enough time for travel before the ceremony we recommend one member of each party drop the remaining members off at the venue, take their vehicle to their hotel, and then catch the shuttle back to the venue. Doing this will help all guests be on time and prevent us from having to many guests needing the shuttle before the ceremony. The shuttle will also be available for any guest wishing to take their vehicle to the hotel during cocktail hour. Seeing as cocktail hour will only be an hour long we recommend checking in before the ceremony and using this time only to drop your vehicle off at the hotel and getting directly on the shuttle. At the end of the night the shuttle will be taking as many trips as needed to get guests to their destinations safely. We will also have a vehicle available in the morning to take guests back to the venue if they left their car there.
