Question

Wait, didn't Sam and Bili already get married?

Answer

Yes, fair point! Sam and Bili got married in a private ceremony in Napa in October of 2020 (which is where all the nice pictures on this website came from). And now, they can't wait to celebrate their marriage with you - their closest friends and family.

Question

So, is this a wedding? A reception? A 10 year anniversary party of Sam and Bili getting together?

Answer

Yes! Frankly, we've been having a tough time nailing down what to call it. All of the above?

Question

Is there a registry?

Answer

When we got married back in 2020, we received so many beautiful gifts that we are so grateful for. Truly, your presence is all the present we need.

Question

What does formal dress mean?

Answer

For men, we're suggesting suits & ties (tuxes are great too, as are blazers and slacks). For women, we'd suggest mid to long dresses, pantsuits or dressy separates. But please, don't sweat it. We're just excited to celebrate with you.

Question

What COVID safety measures are being taken to protect guests?

Answer

For everybody's protection and safety, we ask that all guests be fully vaccinated and boosted at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. In addition, we would appreciate for guests to take a rapid antigen COVID test in the 72 hours prior to the wedding for the protection and peace of mind of all guests. We recommend that you test prior to travel because we would hate for people to travel all the way here and then test positive! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Bili and Sam.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are many different areas of Boston that you can stay. Sam and Bili live in Back Bay, which is a beautiful old neighborhood with traditional red brick houses, home to Newbury St (shopping street) and the Boston Public Gardens along with the Boston Common. It is a 15 min drive from the wedding venue. On the other side of Boston Common is Beacon Hill, another historic neighborhood with beautiful cobblestone lined streets. In addition, Cambridge is just across the river and is between Boston and the wedding venue. No matter what neighborhood you stay in, and whether you stay in Boston or Cambridge, there are plenty of charming places, so take your pick! We have provided a few suggestions, but everything should be relatively convenient to the venue. Feel free to reach out to Sam and Bili if you have any questions or if you'd like further suggestions.
