Downtown Annapolis is just minutes from our venue, making it the perfect place to explore while you’re in town for our wedding weekend. With its charming brick-lined streets, historic architecture, and beautiful waterfront views, it’s one of our favorite places to spend time. You’ll find plenty to enjoy — from boutique shopping and local gift shops along Main Street and Maryland Avenue, to cozy coffee shops, lively bars, and incredible seafood restaurants overlooking the harbor. Take a stroll around Annapolis City Dock, grab a drink by the water, or simply wander and soak in the coastal charm. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed afternoon walk, a great brunch spot, or a fun night out, downtown Annapolis has something for everyone — and it’s all just a short trip from where we’ll be celebrating together. Kent Island
Kent Island is just a short drive from our venue and offers a beautiful, laid-back Eastern Shore escape for anyone looking to explore while they’re in town. Surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy fresh air, scenic views, and a slower pace. If you love the outdoors, there are wonderful walking and biking trails throughout the island, including the scenic paths at Terrapin Nature Park and along the Cross Island Trail. These trails offer peaceful waterfront views and are perfect for a morning stroll or sunset walk. Kent Island also has plenty of great places to shop, dine, and relax. Head to the Kent Narrows area for waterfront seafood restaurants, dockside bars, and beautiful sunset views.
