Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can arrive starting at 215-230pm. Ceremony will start at 3pm, please arrive prior to this to find a seat!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon and Target. However, as we enter our marriage, we realize we don’t need too much that’s new…so please consider donating to our Honeymoon Fund for after we say “I do”.

Is there transportation to the hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service provided to take you to the venue (from the hotel) and then back to the hotel (Comfort Inn) at the end of the night. The shuttle will leave the hotel at approximately 205pm to drop guests off at the venue at 215pm, and then again at 235pm to drop off guests off at 245pm, for ceremony start time of 3pm. The last song of the evening will be 1030pm. Pick up times to go back to the hotel will be 1045pm and 1130pm. If not, please arrange for an Uber or even carpool together to the venue for the ceremony/reception. Birdseye Barn is kind enough to allow guests to leave their cars in their parking lot overnight, as long as they are picked up by 11am the next morning.

I have a food specification, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a vegetarian option for those that require this. Please inform us when you RSVP if this is something you would need. If you requested a vegetarian option, your dinner will be set aside. Please ask a caterer for your meal when you get in line.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation/RSVP card will indicate how many seats (1 or 2) we are reserving in your name. If a guest IS included in your invitation, please fill in their name when you RSVP so we are aware of correct spelling for the seating chart.

Are kids welcome?

This event is ages 21 and over. Please arrange care for any children as we want you to be able to fully enjoy this evening with us!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP’s should be returned by March 17th. RSVP’s can be returned using the pre-addressed envelopes and here on our website.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a wedding block at the Comfort Inn in Wadsworth, Ohio. Please see “Travel” section for more information. Please book by April 5th 2024 to ensure availability and rate.
