If you’d prefer to explore or relax instead, that’s perfectly fine—we look forward to celebrating with you at the ceremony!

3:15 PM First shuttle bus departs Hotel Covington for Pinecroft (family photos at 4:00 PM). 4:00 PM Shuttle buses depart Hotel Covington for Ceremony at Pinecroft (remaining guests). 5:15 PM Ceremony begins promptly. Please arrive ahead of time. 6:00 PM Cocktail Hour 7:00 PM Dinner + Dancing 9:45 PM Performance (Please bring $ singles) 10:00 PM Shuttle buses leave Pinecroft to return guests who wish to leave early to Hotel Covington. 11:30 PM Dinner + Dancing end. Shuttle buses depart Pinecroft to return remaining guests to Hotel Covington. We kindly remind guests that the Ryan-Berry wedding is an adults-only event.
