Their story started at college in Boca Raton, where they met and formed a connection that neither could have fully understood at the time. They feel lucky to have met so young having gotten to experience growing up loving each other and spending their 20’s navigating life with each other every step along the way. As life after college began to take shape, they started building a future side by side. Mara followed her passion for teaching and became an incredible educator, pouring her heart into the lives of her students. At the same time, Ryan pursued his career as an airline pilot, which led them to new cities and new chapters. Each chapter has helped shape who they are today, both individually and as a couple, and strengthened the foundation they continue to build together. From Charlotte to Jacksonville and now Atlanta, Mara has been by Ryan’s side every step of the way, supporting him through the demands and unpredictability of his career, and embracing each move with strength and optimism. In the same way, Ryan has been there to support Mara in her journey, encouraging her passion and the impact she makes every day. No matter where life has taken them, they always made it home together. What they built is rooted in a genuine friendship, unwavering support for one another, and a love that only grows stronger with time. Now, they are beyond excited to begin their next chapter as they tie the knot in Dahlonega surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.
