The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza
Did you even come to Dallas if you didn't run out into the middle of Elm street and take a picture on the X? Visit Dallas' most famous piece of history and learn about JFK's presidency and assassination at the Sixth Floor Museum. You may even meet some local conspiracy theorists which are guaranteed to make for an interesting afternoon.
State Fair of Texas
For our guests spending a few extra days in Dallas, we plan to spend some time at the fair on Thursday (Oct. 14th) and would love to see you there.
The Katy Trail
Go for a walk or run on the Katy Trail through Uptown and reward yourself with a goblet of beer at Katy Trail Ice House (one of the best patios in Dallas)!
The Fort Worth Stockyards
Take a trip to Ft Worth to walk around the historic Stockyards. Get the full cowboy experience and see the cattle drive (daily at 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM). We recommend going to the famous Joe T Garcias for a margarita and fajitas to round out your day.
The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
Walk around the arboretum and enjoy the (hopefully) beautiful October Dallas weather!
