Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

You must RSVP by October 2nd or sooner if you would like to be included in the wedding. There are no mail back cards, so RSVPs need to be submitted on this website.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP "Will not attend" via this website so that we know not to expect you. You will be missed!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

All events for the weekend will be taking place at the YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center. A map of the property and event locations will be uploaded closer to the event.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Event start time details can be found on the Schedule tab. For the Ceremony, planning to arrive at least 10-20 minutes prior to start time is ideal so you can find your seat and we may start the actual event on time.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking for both the ceremony and reception is free and right in front of both venues.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is suggested for the ceremony and reception, however we are pretty laid back and want you to feel comfortable in whatever you choose to wear. Also as the wedding will be the day before Halloween, if you're feeling festive costumes are absolutely allowed. If you have specific questions please let us know.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and cost restrictions, children are only welcome if they are included in your invite and RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and cost restrictions, you may only bring a guest if it is listed as an option on your RSVP and invite.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do have a block started. The specific link for our block will be available on the Hotel's tab under the YMCA of the Rockies option. Please copy and paste the link in a new tab as the link does not connect directly from the page. For other recommendations please check the Hotel's tab as well.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

It is very possible it could be a bit chilly, but it is also possible it will be beautiful. October in Colorado can be a little unpredictable, so make sure to check the weather forecasts just before you're getting ready to travel, and always bring layers just in case.

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same place or separate locations?

Answer

They will technically be in separate locations, but both on the YMCA of the Rockies property.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The ceremony will be accessible via car, from parking yes wheelchair accessible . Carpooling up the hill is recommended as there are a limited number of spots to park. Drivers up/down the hill will also be available if needed to accommodate getting everyone up if not enough parking is available. Plenty of room at reception site for parking and will be very close to hotel if staying on YMCA property. Yes wheel chair accessible.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course! We just ask that you avoid interference with the photographer. And if you post please add the #Wroblemmer so we can see all the great moments of the day.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Appetizers and the bar will be open for about an hour prior to the start of dinner. Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM Drinks will also be available in a selection of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the night.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

We will be getting any dietary needs noted prior to the date and will make accommodations where necessary.
