When should I arrive at the wedding venue on September 3?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 PM. Please check traffic the day of the event and try to arrive by 5:45 PM. Thank you!

How do I get to the wedding?
Answer
If you are staying at the Marriott Marquis, the wedding venue is a 6 minute walk. You could conceivably do that in heels! Chicago has a robust public transportation system, as well as a plethora of ubers/cabs. The nearest L stop is Cermak-McCormick Place (Green Line).

If I want to drive, will there be parking?
Answer
We'd prefer that our guests secured other means of transportation to the event, especially if they will be consuming any alcohol. However, yes, there is ample street parking and we are working on arrangements for a Valet.

No. This is an adults only party. Sorry.

Do I really need to wear greyscale to the wedding?
Answer
Yes. white, grey, silver, black. We're committed to the photos. Ladies -- you can wear white!

Will any part of the ceremony/reception be outdoors?
Answer
No, all wedding events will be indoors.

What are the other events (on Saturday and Monday)?
Answer
We invite you to join us for the wedding weekend kickoff on Saturday at Beatrix (loop location). Stop by for drinks and lite bites between 6 and 9pm. An open house-style brunch will be held on Monday at the Scarlata residence on the southside of Chicago from 10am to 2pm.

Welcome event: Cocktail attire. Brunch: Casual.
