We ask that guests wear formal, semi-formal, or dressy attire. No need to dress in your best suit possible (although if you want to, go right ahead!), but we will be taking pictures with guests and ask that you look nice for them! Be advised - it is a summer wedding so prepare for heat if needed! Our bridesmaids will be in plum purple. Groomsmen will be in light grey suits. We will all have light purple flowers, so please do not wear anything that matches the wedding party! Also don't wear white (wedding etiquette)!
*** JUNE 1ST IS THE RSVP DEADLINE! *** If you do not RSVP by the deadline, we will not have you in the guest count and you are going to be asked to leave if you show up. We have limited space available and ask that our guestlist decisions are respected.

There will be stuffed peppers as an option for our guests who requested a vegetarian dish (please do not take these if you did not request it as there will be limited stuffed peppers). Yes! We will be providing alcohol for our guests. We will have both red and white wine, beer, and hard cider available. Sodas and water will also be provided. Since alcohol is provided, the venue will have an on-site security guard to monitor the reception. Please be respectful of their authority and follow any of their directions if given. Alcoholic beverages will be served from 3pm until 9pm (or until the alcohol runs out). There will be no cash bar, so once all of the alcohol is gone, that's the end of bar service. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING IS ALLOWED AT THE VENUE! Please drink responsibly!
When the ceremony is finished, we will be taking family photos, wedding party photos, and couples photos. During this time we ask all family remains close to the ceremony area and all other guests can exist to the outdoor cocktail area. We will have water and sodas available during this time. Alcoholic beverages will be available from 3pm until 9pm (or until the alcohol runs out).

During dinner we will have select individuals give speeches for the couple. After dinner we will have a fun photo activity (stay tuned!), bride and groom shoe game, and first dances. THEN THE DANCE PARTY BEGINS!
Party ends at 10:00pm and cleanup will begin promptly. Please leave in a timely manner - unless you are part of the cleaning crew - as everything has to be cleaned and everyone has to be out of the venue at 11:30pm sharp. If you have any other scheduling questions, please refer to the "venue" section of the website.
We are not planning on having a send off, we plan to party with people and then head out at the end time at 10:00pm with our guests.
Yes! We will have a big wooden sign that we would like every guest to sign! This is going to be put on display in our new home! We will also have a jar where you can put fun date ideas or marriage advice in! Lastly, we will have a jar that people can put cash or change into and if it reaches a certain value amount, Megan gets caked in the face at the end of the night!
YES YES YES! Romeo and Megan LOVE kids and it wouldn't be a party without them! Bring them if you wish, just keep in mind there is no designated "kids area" so you will have to keep an eye on them!
Due to location and current hotel availability, we are unable to set aside hotel blocks for our family members and guests. Please book your hotel rooms in advance to ensure you will have a place to stay for the weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Absolutely not! We have our wedding registry setup online for your convenience! If you go to either our "registry" section of our website or directly to the sites we are registered at (amazon.com and target.com), you can see all of the gifts on our wishlist! Purchasing gifts through our registry makes gifting easy and it will automatically be shipped to our address of choice! If you choose to bring a wrapped gift or card in person, there will be a designated table for it to go and we will have an unwrapping party the morning after the wedding in the hotel if you want to watch us open the gift!
Yes and No. There are no free shuttle services offered by the hotel or the venue. Please arrange carpools to and from the hotel and venue ahead of time or prepare to drive to and from the venue yourself. If you need transportation and are willing to pay for shuttle services you can arrange them by going here and contacting the services on your own time: https://www.ivorynorthco.com/shuttle-services Please plan ahead as alcohol will be served at the wedding. We want all of our guests to get to and from the venue safely and responsibly!

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to our venue location and our budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on on the RSVP form. We ask that all guestlist decisions are respected.
ALL RSVPS' ARE ONLINE! Please RSVP on our website under the "RSVP" section! All you have to do is type in your first and last name and select who is attending. If you have kids or plus one's, they will be listed under your name. There is an option to add food allergies or accommodations needed as well as a space to correct any misspelled names. Thank you!
We ask that guests arrive 30-45 minutes before the ceremony start time. The ceremony begins at 1:00pm so plan to arrive anywhere between 12:15-12:30pm.
We will be having a rehearsal dinner with our wedding party and select family members on Thursday June 20, 2024. Those who are attending the rehearsal dinner will receive the time and location information after they RSVP. You are only allowed to attend the rehearsal dinner if your RSVP form includes a response to the rehearsal dinner (including plus one's, kids, etc). If you do not see any information about the rehearsal dinner, it means you are not invited. We ask that our decisions are respected due to our time limit and the space available. If you think that you are supposed to be at the rehearsal dinner and your RSVP form does not include that information, please text Megan ASAP as there may have been a mistake and we would like to get that corrected!
We will meet guests in the hotel lobby the morning after the wedding for the free hotel breakfast. We will reserve a conference room for gift opening if people want to watch us open gifts that people physically brought to our wedding!
We ask that people keep their phones silenced/off and put away during the ceremony. We have hired photographers and want to make their job as easy as possible to capture the moments of our big day. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you would like as long as you don't interfere with our photographers. We ask that all guests respect the directions of our photographers so we can get beautiful photos in a timely manner!
Yes! Feel free to post any photos taken before the ceremony, during the cocktail hour, and at the reception! We want to see your photos so please tag @Megan Leverance in any of your posts!
We will NOT be live-streaming our wedding.
All wedding updates will be posted on our wedding website and announced throughout the day as needed by our DJ service, wedding coordinator, or by Romeo and Megan.
Reach out to Megan with your questions until June 10, 2024. The week before the wedding will be a busy time of preparation and we would like to avoid multiple texts and calls from guests. If you have questions AFTER JUNE 10, 2024 please TEXT Tara Westpfahl at (920)-410-6508 and include your name at the end of the text message. Please only contact Tara if the question is urgent as we want to respect her time and energy. Thank you!
