FAQs

Our wedding "vision" is a relaxing afternoon eating our favorite foods surrounded by our favorite people! Here are some answers to your questions about our non-traditional wedding.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Since it is a daytime wedding we recommend garden party attire. This means dress pants with a button-down shirt or polo for gents and a sundress or blouse and capris for ladies. We want you to be comfortable!

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

There is limited parking next to the Whittemore-Robbins House. Additional parking is available at the Town Hall and at the Senior Center (there is a large lot on Academy Street). You can also park for free on the nearby side streets. Parking on Mass Ave is metered on Saturdays with a 4 hour limit. We would also encourage you to use Uber.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an afternoon of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding reception to be an adult only occasion.

Question

Is the reception outside or inside?

Answer

There will be seating inside the Whittemore-Robbins House (where there is also air conditioning) and outside/on the porch as well- no assigned seats or table numbers.

Question

I heard there would be food trucks?

Answer

Yes! For appetizers we will have the Moyzilla dumpling truck, followed by several hours of wood fired pizza from VESTA, and then homemade ice cream sandwiches for dessert from the Cookie Monstah truck! Come hungry :)

For all the days along the way
