When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 24/06/2022 by selecting 'RSVP' from the menu at the top of this page.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2:00pm and we ask that you arrive by 1:30pm at the latest. The Small Barn is open from 10:30am on the day of the ceremony, with complimentary tea and coffee (and maybe something stronger), so feel free to arrive earlier!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Head over to the 'Travel' page where you can find several recommendations for places close by.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP and select your food options, there is a space to add any dietary requirements.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Luckily, everything is all in one place, and there is plenty of parking on site! Alternatively, if you need local taxi numbers, head over to the 'Travel' page.

Can I bring my four-legged friend?

Answer

Unfortunately there is only a two dog allowance, and the spaces have already been taken. If you have to bring your fur baby there is a lady nearby who, for a fee, can pick up the dog the day of the ceremony and drop them back off the following morning. Please let us know if you would like further details and we can enquire for you.

Can I swim in the lake?

As much as we would love to add 'skinny dipping' to the wedding memories, the lake is unfortunately out of bounds.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Answer

Unfortunately not! However the bar will be open after the ceremony has ended and drinks will be provided with the meal.

Can I bring confetti?

Answer

We are trying our best to have an eco-friendly wedding, and will be providing confetti for that perfect action shot. Similarly, please do not bring any glitter/confetti cannons - not only does it end up EVERYWHERE, but the surrounding farm animals may not appreciate the upset tummy. Please note, Sandhole requests that the confetti is only thrown inside the Barn.

When is the party over?

Answer

Last orders at the bar is at 11:45pm and closes at midnight. The main barn needs to be vacated by 12:30pm, but The Small Barn is open until 8:00am the following morning for those who wish to continue the party (but shh because we will definitely be asleep by 10:00pm).
