FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that our guests wear black tie attire. This means tuxedoes for men and long gowns for women. A Pinterest board has been provided for anyone who would like inspiration. https://pin.it/3XOnruAzy

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 p.m. We ask that you arrive at 4:00 p.m.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Mid-October evenings in Nashville are typically mild and comfortable, with temperatures starting in the 60s late afternoon and cooling into the 50s as the evening goes on.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available on the premises, though vehicles cannot be left overnight. We recommend using rideshare services whenever possible to allow guests to enjoy the evening safely.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearer.

Question

What if I have dietary needs?

Answer

Guests are invited to note any dietary restrictions when submitting their RSVP. Our catering team will do their best to accommodate dietary needs, and Madison is happy to answer any additional questions.

Question

Can guests take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Guests are welcome to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception.
