Question

What is the lodging in Lindenmere like?

Answer

There are two types of lodging available (both are private and will include only your own group): Traditional Cabins: The cabins are designed to have a rustic, mountainous appeal from the outside with modern, comfortable amenities on the inside including air conditioning and full bathrooms. Each cabin is outfitted with plenty of beds for your family or party group. These beds can also be pushed together to create a full-sized bed, or larger. Single Rooms: There are a limited number of single rooms available for our smaller parties. These rooms are ADA accessible and furnished to match the camp experience. You will only be lodged with your own family and/or guests. Everyone will have plenty of personal space! We want this to be fun not awkward. As RSVPs come in, we will start reaching out to everyone to see who, if anyone, they would like to room with.

Question

What’s included in the stay?

Answer

Lodging for the weekend Friday night meals/beverages (if joining us for two nights) All camp facilities and activities for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Saturday and Sunday morning brunch Saturday lunch Canteen Snacks *Wedding reception dinner and drinks at the cost of bride and groom All linens including for the bed and towels, are included and will be given to each guest as they check-in. Camp lindemeere staff will be onsite all weekend, so at any point, if you need a new set, ask!

Question

Do I get to choose where I stay?

Answer

Not quite. All housing at Lindenmere is outfitted with modern and comfortable amenities. Some of the single rooms are best suited for guests with accessibility needs or guests with fewer people in their party. Every family/guest will be matched with lodging that best suits their individual needs. When you RSVP you will be given the opportunity to select a preference but please note that older guests, groups with 1-2 guests, and guests with accessibility needs will be prioritized for single rooms. Make sure to talk it over with your friends and family as to who wants to room with who for cabin arrangements!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th at the latest!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome! Any child under 2 will not be charged the weekend fee. Any child under 13 will be charged $125.00 for the full weekend experience. As a reminder that includes all food, drinks and activities. Camp DOES NOT have cribs, so please make sure to pack sleeping arrangements for your little ones if need be.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Every adult gets a plus one.

Question

What should I pack?

Answer

Clothing: Wedding Attire: We can't wait to celebrate in style! Please pack comfortable/semi formal attire for the wedding ceremony and reception. Casual Attire: As we'll be surrounded by the picturesque Pocono Mountains, we recommend comfortable and casual clothing for most of the activities. Bring along shorts, t-shirts, sundresses, and comfortable shoes for our outdoor adventures. Outdoor Essentials: Sunscreen: Don't forget to protect your skin from the sun! We'll enjoy the beautiful outdoors, so packing sunscreen with a high SPF is essential. Hat and Sunglasses: Bring a hat and sunglasses to stay comfortable and shielded from the sun. Insect Repellent: While we hope the bugs won't be too bothersome, it's a good idea to pack insect repellent just in case. Activities and Recreation: Swimwear: If you're up for a dip in the private lake or swimming pool at Camp Lindenmere, pack your swimwear for refreshing water activities. Athletic Shoes: We have planned exciting sports and outdoor activities, so bring comfortable athletic shoes to join in the fun. Outdoor Gear: If you're an avid hiker or enjoy other outdoor adventures, feel free to bring along your hiking shoes, backpacks, and water bottles. Toiletries and Personal Items: Toiletries: Bring your essential toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and any other personal care items you need for a comfortable stay. Medications: If you take any prescription medications, please remember to pack an adequate supply. Miscellaneous: Electronics and Chargers: If you plan to use electronic devices, don't forget to pack your chargers. Camera: We'd love to capture all the beautiful moments during our wedding weekend, so feel free to bring a camera or smartphone with a good camera.
