What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if after the church ceremony those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

What happens if it snows?

Answer

We are having a winter wedding...so we hope we have at least a few flurries to make the day perfect! Our day will continue in sun or snow. However, if for some reason we are experiencing dangerous conditions, look for an update on this website. Someone from either side of our family will also reach out to you. As of 12/13...no snow is predicted in the weather forecast. Light rain is expected throughout the day, temps in the 40s.

Is there a shuttle to and from Allenberry to the ceremony?

There will not be a shuttle to and from the ceremony.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Your formal invitation will be addressed to those family members included. All children under the age of 10 will not be permitted in the adult reception.

Will the party end at 10pm?

Answer

No one will be turning into a pumpkin at midnight, promise. So feel free to take advantage of the outdoor fire pits, The Barn Bar, the guest houses and common areas. There may be a jam sesh at some point, so don't forget your instrument(s) and song requests!
