Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and due to venue limitations, must keep the guest list limited. Thank you for not bringing a guest if one is not listed on your invitation. We'll be sure to introduce you to friends you'll enjoy talking to! Do you have any hotel recommendations? ¿Tienes alguna recomendación de hotel?

Answer

Yes! The Residence Inn in Mt. Olive is a short 6 min drive to the venue and our preferred hotel. The Holiday Inn Budd Lake is also just as close, but we do not have preferred rate. If you would like to stay in beautiful Hackettstown, we'd recommend the Everett House Bed & Breakfast, although again no preferred rate and the drive is about 15 minutes. ¡Sí! El Residence Inn en Mt. Answer

Yes, we would struggle without air conditioning in July. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) as well as a portion of the cocktail hour. The reception will be inside. Are there accommodations for people with disabilities? ¿Hay adaptaciones para personas con discapacidades?

Answer

Yes! We have golf carts to help all guests move around the venue with ease. All 3 locations on the ground that we will be using are on one level and do not require stairs. There are paved pathways in between all locations. The parking lot does include handicapped parking spaces, although the lot itself is dirt / gravel, so please take necessary precautions. ¡Sí! Contamos con carritos de golf para facilitar el desplazamiento de todos los invitados por el lugar. Las tres ubicaciones que utilizaremos en la planta baja están en un solo nivel y no requieren escaleras. Hay senderos pavimentados entre todas las ubicaciones. El estacionamiento incluye plazas para personas con discapacidad, aunque es de tierra o grava, así que tome las precauciones necesarias.

What entertainment can we expect? ¿Qué entretenimiento podemos esperar?

After dinner, we will have a DJ who will play a variety of music, although Kata and Scott prefer Latin, Electronic, Pop, and some Rock music. The DJ will have lights, including a strobe, so please take necessary precautions if you have light sensitivities. We encourage everyone to dance! I WANT YOU ALL TO BACK THAT A$$ UP!!!! Después de la cena, tendremos un DJ que tocará música variada, aunque Kata y Scott prefieren la música latina, electrónica, pop y algo de rock. SAFETY, COVID, and AWARENESS. SEGURIDAD, COVID y CONCIENCIA

As an immunocompromised person (Kata), safety is always a top concern for us. The safety of our guests and our community is our number one priority. We kindly, (but firmly) ask that all guests follow safety protocols leading up to the wedding. If you are feeling sick, we kindly ask that you let us know if you test positive for flu, COVID, etc, which is highly contagious. We will not be angry if you share you are unable to attend because you are sick- HEALTH FIRST! If you are recovering but still symptomatic, we ask that you wear a mask at the wedding. We will have masks and ample sanitizing stations will be provided. We are looking forward to celebrating with you! Como una persona inmunocomprometida (Kata), la seguridad de todos es nuestra prioridad. La seguridad de nuestros invitados y de nuestra comunidad es nuestra prioridad principal. Les pedimos amablemente (pero firmemente) que sigan los protocolos de seguridad antes de la boda. Si se sienten enfermos, porfavor nos avisen si dan positivo en la prueba de gripe, COVID, etc., que es altamente contagiosa. No nos enojaremos si nos dicen que no pueden venir porque están enfermos. ¡LA SALUD ES PRIMERO! Si se están recuperando, pero aún presentan con síntomas, les pedimos que usen mascarilla en la boda.
