Great place to pick up a sweet treat and enjoy the views of Apple Hill and the Sierras.  Emily's Dad thinks this is the best place for blackberry pie and Julian's favorite place for a cherry cider!

Boa Vista Orchards

The winery was homesteaded during the Gold Rush in 1849 and is a wonderful place to try a glass of Hangtown Red.  One of the most historic and enchanting wineries in the area.

Boeger Winery

Cute shops to explore and amazing restaurants for any foodie to enjoy.

Downtown Placerville

Gold was discovered in the American River here in 1849.  Step back in time and watch a blacksmith work in his shop or try your hand at gold panning.  Whitewater rafting and kayaking are also popular experiences on the river!
