All wedding events will take place at the W Hotel South Beach (2201 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139). Welcome Drinks on Friday, March 20. Ceremony and Reception on Saturday, March 21.

What is the dress code for the welcome drinks?

Answer

Havana nights chic: Miami Cocktail Think elevated South Beach at sunset. Color, personality, and refined tropical glamour. Gentlemen: lightweight tailoring, linen suits, bold or tonal prints, open collars, loafers. Color encouraged. Ladies: bright jewel tones, vibrant florals, flowing silhouettes, statement pieces. What is the dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

Black tie attire: Gentlemen: Tuxedos with a black bow tie, formal dress shoes, cufflinks, and a pocket square. Keep it sharp and classic. Ladies: A floor-length gown is traditional, but a sophisticated cocktail dress or a formal pantsuit is also welcome. Think elevated and elegant with a splash of color. Will the ceremony and the reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on the beach (sandals will be provided) on the W Hotel South Beach's property. The reception will follow indoors nearby.

Are children able to attend?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening!

Are guests not included on the wedding invitation (i.e., plus-one invitees) able to attend?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with all the important people in your life, but due to venue capacity and our desire for an intimate gathering, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Are phones allowed at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests keep their phone silenced and put away during the ceremony. We'd love for everyone to be fully present with us in the moment. Don't worry - our photographer will be capturing everything!
