How We Met
We matched on Tinder, February 19th of 2021. We messaged back and fourth through out the whole night. He asked me to go out for ice cream or coffee the next morning. We met at Krog Street Market with big smiles on our faces eager to know more about each other. Little did we know that we would spend the entire day with each other until the sun was about to set. We enjoyed each others company so much that we kept coming up with things to do through out the day so we didn't have to say goodbye, whether it be getting drinks, sushi, walking up and down the Beltline, or sitting side by side on the park bench just staring into each others eyes. After that beautiful day, I think its safe to say that we both knew this could be the start of something amazing.
The Proposal
We planned a trip to Destin, FL for Leah's 30th birthday with our family and friends. I was so excited to propose to her in the most perfect way. We traveled to Rosemary Beach to take pictures with everyone. She had no clue what was coming. I made sure to match her outfit so everything would look perfect. We finally got to the beach right as the sun was setting. I asked her if we could take a picture with the sunset behind us, once we posed everyone took out their phones. Leah said "wow that's a lot of cameras" as she turned to face me I told her "I need to tell you something." I got down on one knee and asked her "Will you marry me?" With shock and surprise she said "YES," and we were engaged! We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you at the wedding!

Since the ceremony is an hour before usual check in times we highly recommend this location. It might not be a 5 star hotel but you will have a nice bed to sleep in after the long day of partying! Any check in before 2pm or after 12am, will be an additional $30 dollar charge, just a heads up! We highly recommend that you please make your reservation ahead of time to reserve your room. When does the ceremony start?
Answer
We are asking all our guest to arrive no later than 2:00 pm on October 28th 2023, as the ceremony will start at 2:30 pm. We want you to have time to walk around, find your seats, and be ready for the ceremony to start!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We are having our ceremony outside. Cocktail hour and the reception to follow will be indoors. If the weather is bad we will have everything indoors.

What should I wear?
Answer
Please dress formal for the occasion! Women: Wear your nicest dress and bring a shawl or light cardigan shawl as it might be chilly. Please refrain from wearing extremely bright colors as the wedding is inspired by soft, warm, and natural tones; and of course do not wear white! Men: This is a formal event, please do not wear any of the following; Denim jeans, graphic tee shirts, hats, or ball caps. Wear some slacks, a nice shirt or button up shirt, a suit, and if your a feeling super fancy, a tie or bow tie!

Is it okay to bring my children to the wedding?

YES! We love all of you as well as your little loved ones. We please just ask that you make sure they are attended for, do not let them wonder off alone as the venue has a very large outdoor space. Please make sure to tell them to be on their best behavior during the ceremony and stay in their seats! Thank you!

Answer
Our amazing venue offers indoor/outdoor space to party and walk around. The venue has a large field for guest to walk around and take pictures. There will be outdoor games for the guest and the children as well as a firepit to enjoy once the sun goes down.
