Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Legacy Hill Farm located at: 16434 Hwy 61 Blvd., Welch, MN 55089

Will the ceremony/reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors weather permitting. If the weather does not hold, the ceremony will take place in the reception pavilion located adjacent to the original ceremony site.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at four in the afternoon, we would please encourage guests to arrive at three to ensure everything runs smoothly for the ceremony.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a reception following the ceremony located in the pavilion nearby; we will be holding a cocktail hour and serving beverages while the wedding party takes pictures following the ceremony.

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle that will pick up guests from their hotels and bring them to the wedding venue; guests can also drive themselves however there is limited parking at the venue itself.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

October in Minnesota usually stays around the 50's and 60's; cross breezes also are very prominent this time of year.

What should I do if I know I can't make it?

Answer

Though you will be sincerely missed, we please ask that you let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" on the invitation.
