We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by December 1, 2026. Once formal invitations are mailed out, you will be able to submit your RSVP directly through our wedding website. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will assume you will not be in attendance, but we will miss celebrating with you!
Both our ceremony and reception will take place at Quinta Real Yaxché in Cancun, Mexico. We’ll be saying “I do” outdoors, followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing - all in one beautiful private location.
We’re currently finalizing transportation plans for our celebration at Quinta Real Yaxché. We may arrange private shuttles, but guests should be prepared to coordinate their own transportation (Uber, taxi, or rental car) if needed. We’ll update this question as soon as details are confirmed!
Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to allow time to settle in and find your seat. If group transportation is provided, departure times will be scheduled accordingly and shared in advance.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we only allow the people named on your invitation.
We would love for all our guests to dress to impress. Garden semi-formal attire is encouraged, but we also want our guests to feel comfortable in whatever they choose. Think springtime, backyard garden party. Flowy midi or floor-length dresses in bright or soft colors. Suits or blazers in colorful or classic tones. Ties optional. Our venue is primarily outdoors, please consider lawn-friendly footwear.
Yes! A passport is required to travel to Cancun, Mexico, from your point of origin. U.S. passport processing times are generally 4-6 weeks for routine services, excluding mailing times. Therefore, it is necessary to apply well in advance of your travel date.
