Your presence beside me brings me joy

We met through Michelle’s sister and brother-in-law (Marlene and Jim) while attending a 4th of July party at picnic beach, and became fast friends with many similar interests. As the years flew by, our long conversations, river dates, moose hunting excursions and sweat and labor of rejuvenating Pope & Vannoy became a life that we had literally built together. We were “happily unmarried,” as Joe liked to state, and had never really focused on matrimony. However, life had things in store for us that we had never anticipated. In particular, we have been blessed with three children which caused us to rethink how we approach our life. We are now very committed not only to each other, but to our family. Through this commitment and love, we have decided to jump over the broom together, and are excited to share our special day with you!
