Wedding Rehearsal (Wedding Party & Immediate Family Only)

We’ll start the evening with a quick ceremony run-through for the wedding party and immediate family, followed by dinner and drinks where any guests already in town are welcome to join — a fun, relaxed way to kick off the weekend! Attire: Smart Casual (Think what you’d wear to a nice dinner out - for men: jeans and a polo shirt are great; for women: summer dresses, jeans, skirt and elevated shirt).

If you’ll be in town Friday evening, we’d love for you to join us in Town Park for dinner and drinks! It’ll be a fun way to kick off the weekend, catch up with everyone, and soak in some Telluride time before the big day. Brown Dog Pizza and Beverages will be provided**

Ride the Telluride Gondola
2:30 pm
300 W San Juan Ave, Telluride, CO 81435
The ceremony kicks off at 4:00pm, but it’s a bit of a journey to get there! You’ll need to take a scenic gondola ride up the mountain and then a short shuttle ride (transportation provided) to the ceremony spot. Be sure to hop on the gondola by 2:40 pm at the latest to arrive on time. While we definitely recommend taking the gondola to the ceremony (the views are AMAZING!), we understand it may not be for everyone. An alternate transportation option will be available for anyone who prefers not to ride the gondola. Please reach out to Brian or Randi ahead of the wedding day so we can help coordinate for you!
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
**Please note that the ceremony and reception is adult-only.
The event is formal attire, ties are optional. (see dress code section for examples). To get to the ceremony, you will take the free gondola from Telluride Town or Mountain Village to San Sophia Station. Once at San Sophia Station, a shuttle will be provided for you to our ceremony site, Palmyra Lookout, as well as post-ceremony to the reception site.
Cocktail Hour
4:45 pm - 6:00 pm
Palmyra Lookout
We will have cocktails and light appetizers at Palmyra Lookout before we head down to the reception where there will be passed appetizers, drinks, dinner and of course, dancing!
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We will provide a shuttle from Palmyra Lookout to Gorrono Ranch as well as shuttles back to The Hotel Telluride at the end of the evening. The reception will kick off with passed appetizers, cocktails, beer, and wine followed by dinner and dancing!
After Party
