We met through the windows of my parent's house when the Schneiders moved in across the road. Our dads hit it off immediately because they are both in the farming business so they would stand in the middle of the road talking for hours. One day this really nice truck pulls up and my sister and I peered out from the window hoping our neighborhood prince charming would step out. Unfortunately, we saw a scruffy man in plaid sweats tucked into his socks... yikes. My sister said immediately no and I didn't give red neck prince charming another thought. Until one day our dads decided that they would exchange Alec and I's phone numbers and Larry, bless his heart, texted me to reach out to Alec. Although I tried to ignore my lingering curiosity about this man I caved and gave him a chance.
