Cole aka Coco will have the very important duty as our ring security. He is one loved boy by his Godmother/Aunt Ray Ray and Uncle Todder. You can see him blowing kisses, waving, and smiling with his cute little teeth popping out. He will be accompanied by his mom and dad down the aisle.
Sarah Johnston
Matron of Honor
Sarah is the older sister, and best friend, of the bride and mother of our sweet ring bearer. Through many expected life ups and downs, Sarah has been one of Rachel's constants. Rachel has always been inspired by Sarah since the day she was born. They share a special bond that has evolved over time. She is the reason that Rachel knows that you can always overcome anything. Sarah has been Rachel and Todd's cheerleader since the day they met. "There is no friend like a sister"
Jessica Martenesn
Matron of Honor
Jessica is the younger sister and best friend of the bride. Rachel and Jessica have been inseparable since they were young. She is very logical, mature, insightful, and of course funny. Sometimes, even though she is the youngest, and Rachel "should" be giving her advice....she takes over this role. Rachel is so happy that she can be there for her on her wedding day. Jessica has extended this friendship to Todd as well, and is one of our biggest fans! "Sisters are different flowers from the same garden"
Adam Johnston
Bridesman
Adam is Rachel's brother-in-law. He was just as much a perfect match for Rachel's sister as he was for the family. He quickly became a brother to her. He has introduced our family to so many new adventures including paddle board lessons and planning a family trip to Mont Tremblant (where Rachel and Todd got engaged!!!) Adam is one of Rachel and Todd's main supporters. You can spot him walking down the aisle with his wife Sarah and son Cole.
Chris Martensen
Bridesman
Chris is Rachel's brother-in-law. Rachel always wanted a brother. Chris quickly filled this position when he started dating Jessica. Chris has always looked out for and also teased her just like a real brother. Rachel has so many memories with Chris from weekly survivor nights and city living with many more to come! Chris has quickly accepted Todd into our friend trio and has stood by us since! You can see him walking his wife Jessica down the aisle!
Brian Brown
Best Man
Brian and Todd have known each other since the first grade. They played ice hockey together through their youth and reconnected after college. Since reconnecting, Brian and Todd have been best friends. Todd stood up for Brian as one of his groomsmen in his wedding and now Brian is returning the gesture by standing up for Todd. Brian, his wife Heather and their two sons accompanied Todd and Rachel on their third date and it was apparent that the Brown family approved!!!
Teddy Lonski
Groomsman
Teddy moved next door to Todd when they were attending Kenmore Middle School. It didn't take long before the two became best friends and bonded over their love for the Sabres and hockey. The two played hours and hours of street hockey together and were inseparable in their youth. Todd and Teddy have remained close even as adults. Teddy's wife Christin took the first ever photograph of Todd and Rachel as a couple!! It didn't take long for Teddy to push for Rachel to join the friend's group on a vacation to Ocean City even though Todd and Rachel's relationship was only weeks old. It was one of Todd and Rachel's first road trips and vacations together and it would not have been possible without Teddy!!
Pat Galla
Groomsman
Pat and Todd have been Best Friends since the first grade and since then there has never been a break in the friendship. Pat and Todd's friendship has survived them living in different states and now even different countries! As Todd's "consigliere" Pat has consistently acted as Todd's moral compass and has always been there when he was needed from relationship advice to just regular catch up conversations. Rachel first met Pat about a year into her relationship with Todd and up until that point she could not understand how someone so far away could mean so much to Todd. When Rachel met Pat at his wedding in Ontario she fully understood within minutes of meeting! Pat has for sure blessed the relationship Todd and Rachel have!
Chris Lengyel
Groomsman
Todd's "de facto big brother", Chris has been involved in Todd's life for over 20 years in one fashion or another. Chris was responsible in setting Todd up with his first job in construction working with Chris for a concrete company. Over the few years they worked together Todd and Chris became best friends. Todd knows he can count on Chris for just about anything! Todd and Chris have been through a lot over the years even sharing apartments and houses and they still remain very close today. After meeting Chris, Rachel quickly understood how much the friendship meant to Todd!
