We highly recommend driving or renting a car for your stay. While Uber and Lyft are available, they are not reliable. If you take a train or bus, note that you will still need to arrange transportation around town. We will provide wedding-day transportation to and from the Hampton Inn Doylestown at 1570 Easton Rd. Parking is also available. * The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm is a historic Bucks County inn situated on over 100 acres of pasture and country gardens, a serene getaway just an hour north of Philadelphia, and two hours from New York City.

An 11-minute drive from Barley Sheaf, the Michener Art Museum is an independent, non-profit cultural institution dedicated to preserving, interpreting and exhibiting the art and cultural heritage of the Bucks County region. The museum is named for Doylestown’s most famous son, the Pulitzer-Prize winning writer who first dreamed of a regional art museum in the early 1960s.

An 18-minute drive from Barkley Sheaf, Ralph Stover State Park is only 1 of 3 state-run rock climbing areas in Pennsylvania. The park includes a shaded picnic area with drinking water, picnic tables, pavilions, fireplaces and restrooms along beautiful Tohickon Creek. Pass through many habitats as you stroll along the easy walking trails.
