Welcome to our story!

We met at church our parents introduced us, our parents have known each other for many years and we met as kids but had no recollection of each other. The introduction one would say was pretty awkward. It was not love at first sight, but with time we grew to know each other and fell in love.

We went for a walk in the woods at Galena Regional Creek Park The creek was rushing hard that day we stopped to look at the rushing water when I had turned to look at the creek. When I turned back to look at him he was down on one knee. He asked me and I could only shake my head, with tears forming in my eyes as he put the ring on my finger.
