Is there a dress code?

Semi-formal. But we want you to feel comfortable and be able to tear up the dance floor, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

If your RSVP link says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Absolutely. Please include this information in your RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Unless you are willing to follow to bride down the aisle.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your children. We are lucky to have a very large family and lots of friends that we would like to include in our big day. Unfortunately strict fire code caps on the maximum occupancy of the venue prohibit us from including every child that we would like to have on the guest list. If children are not listed on your RSVP link, we would strongly prefer that they have a fun night in with a sitter. If your children are listed on the RSVP link, you may want to still consider an adult night out. There will be an open bar, the venue does not have a fence separating the parking lot from the lawn, and there is an open fire pit. There is not a kids menu available for dinner, there is an open water feature, and we will not have any childcare services at the wedding.

Yes. Free parking is provided at the venue.

Will there be transportation between the hotel and Hope Barn and Gardens?

Answer

Yes. There will be a shuttle running between the Hilton Garden Inn and the venue.
