A shuttle will be available for transportation between the venue and the Hilton Garden Inn. Please see the travel section for details on the room block booked at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Ceremony: 3:30 pm 
The ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn. Please plan your footwear and eyewear appropriately. 

Cocktail Hour: 4:15pm 
Cocktail hour will be outdoors. Plan on an open bar and lawn games. (Please be advised that the venue does not allow shots)

Dinner: 5:15 pm 
Dinner will be buffet style (with COVID safety parameters) and will be served indoors.

Reception to follow
The reception will be indoors. Bring your dancing shoes.
