FAQs

The Wedding Website of Paula Ramos and Spencer Duke
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 10, 2026. If you know you’re unable to attend before this date, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can finalize seating, tables, and food arrangements.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the ceremony/reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend staying at the Hilton Vacation Club in Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, as it is the closest option to the wedding venue. Please note that Cedar City, where most restaurants and activities are located, is about 45 minutes down the mountain.

Question

What will the weather be like in Brian Head, Utah in June?

Answer

Last year, the same weekend in June had a high of 87°F and a low of 59°F, with partly cloudy skies. Weather in Utah can change quickly, so we recommend bringing a light sweater for the day and a heavier one for the evening. Last year, June had a high of 97°F and a low of 42°F in Brian Head, UT.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear long dresses, and gentlemen may wear suits with dress pants. As the event will be outdoors, we recommend choosing shoes that are comfortable for an outdoor setting. For inspiration, I’ve created a Pinterest board with attire ideas: https://pin.it/2iKehW8b2

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please carpool if possible. Guests may park in front of the house or in front of the lot across the street. Vehicles cannot extend onto the asphalt at all, as the marshal may ticket or tow.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, the hotels we contacted do not provide shuttle services, so guests will need to arrange their own transportation.
